Connecting with others who are like-minded is so important for all of us.     

At Zion Christian Church there are lots of opportunities to connect and grow.  

Here is a list of opportunities for all ages.

  • Children & Youth connecting

    We have an awesome team of teachers and helpers who lead the children and youth ministry on Sunday mornings. Classes are held after worship has begun.  We use the Orange Cirriculum, which is fantastic.  We have four age groups, so there is a great fit for your children to connect.

  • Hospitality Team

    Each week our amazing volunteers provide hot food and more after worship for everyone who attends the Sunday Worship Service. This is great way for people to connect, interact, and get to know each other.

  • Women connecting

    Our women connect during the month at a special evening for them on the last Monday of each at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary.  We have a special group of women who enjoy the teaching, worship, and time connecting.  Usually there is a restaurant lunch during the month too.

  • Men Connecting

    Our men connect for a great breakfast on the first Saturday morning of each month in the cafeteria at 10:00 am.  The food is great, and we enjoy connecting and learning together.  Join us for a great time.  We deal with real life issues from a Biblical perspective and everyone benefits.

  • mid week worship and bible study

    Need to connect over understanding the Bible?  Our mid week connection is just for you! Worship begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday evenings, and Bible Study takes place at 7:30 pm.  Always a great time for all.

  • connecting in prayer

    We are pleased to have a regular opportunity for people to connect in prayer.  On the first three Monday evenings of each month we connect in prayer at 2:30 pm in our Sanctuary.  This is a refreshing adventure in God on a weekly basis.  

  • children's Dance Teams

    We have several age groups of Children's Dance Teams that do worship dance presentations at various times through the year.  Led by a Professional Dance teacher; this group has a definite Nepali flavor.  A great place to connect for both children and helpers.

  • Monthly lunch bunch

    All who are interested connect over lunch at the Old Town Buffet once a month.  This gives us a great opportunity to spend time together and get to know one another outside the Church walls.  Great food too!  We connect over lunch at 11:45 am on the third Wednesday of each month.
